Even though the QCQ171 isn't the best SMG in the game, it does have its uses and can be fun to build with. You can still aim down sights with the base ADS speed and recoil, but if you want to contest at range with ADS, a weapon like the SMG-45 is a better choice.
Where this SMG truly shines is in hip fire. While stationary, the QCQ171 can accurately mow down foes out to a 20-meter range, despite its slower firing rate compared to the Vector. For what it's worth, this gun's hip-fire is incredible, even though you won't be standing still for the most part.
