Find out all the best tips and tricks to restore Stamina in Death Stranding.
More details here.
Resistance is one of the most important qualities for Sam in Death Stranding, since it is responsible for measuring how active he can be or when he needs to rest to recover. However, this statistic is a bit complex to study, which is why today we will be addressing this issue, so that you learn to restore resistance.
Factors that affect Stamina
In Death Stranding
there are two things that cannot be overlooked in terms of Stamina
- - Energy depletion
- - Difficulty to perform tasks by resistance meter.
The first factor you can notice when doing activities such as running, fighting threats or climbing mountains, because the energy that Sam will require to do them, will end up depleting it and as a consequence its resistance will decrease. So in order to recover it you will need to take a mandatory rest or a failing drink.
How to restore Stamina in Death Stranding?
In case you are in nature, you must press Circle, this will allow Sam to catch his breath, or if the area is quiet, he can also take a nap.
How to take a nap?
To do this you must press Square, this will allow you to massage your shoulders in order to increase the speed at which it restores its resistance. Although it is also valid to take a full nap.
The other option you have to recover your resistance from exhaustion is to drink some of Sam's Monster Energy Drink from his flask. To do this you must press and hold the left button and press X.
On the other hand, when the resistance meter is blocked by a white area, it will mean that the lost resistance cannot be restored unless you rest completely in your private room. You should know that while this white area grows, the harder it will be to do the tasks, because your resistance will decrease rapidly.
So to recover everything, you must go to any Safe House and enter the Private Room. This way you can completely restore your resistance.
Basically this is how resistance can be restored in Death Stranding.
