How to Upgrade Security Clearance in Dead Space Remake

Security Clearance is an authorization granted by a government or organization allowing an individual access to specific areas and containers. In the Dead Space Remake, there are several levels of Security Clearance, starting from the lowest (Authorized S) to the highest (Captain S Rig). Each level of clearance grants the player access to different areas, containers, and items.

The main way to upgrade Security Clearance in Dead Space Remake is to progress through the main campaign. As the player progresses, they will receive the upgrades they need to access the locked areas and containers related to clearance requirements. In other words, these upgrades will be given to the protagonist without fail.

Side missions, such as the Supervisor Dallas Rig, can also be completed to upgrade Security Clearance. In this mission, the player must make it to the Captain's Nest and acquire the Master Override. Once obtained, the player can upgrade their Security Clearance to the next level.

Another way to upgrade Security Clearance in Dead Space Remake is to collect Hammond's Core in the Captain's Nest. Once collected, the player can upgrade their Security Clearance to the highest level.
