Where to Find Autopsy in Dead Space Remake

The Autopsy Recording is a vital piece of evidence in the Dead Space Remake. It is found in the Engineering wing of the USG Ishimura and contains information that can help you progress further in the game. Clues that can be found in the Autopsy Recording include the location of a powerful weapon, the Ripper, and instructions on how to restore power to the engines.

To find the Autopsy Recording, you must first complete Chapter 2: Scientific Methods and make your way to the Engineering wing of USG Ishimura. Once there, you need to get the power back to the engines. 

Head to the Security Station in the Engineering wing and activate the Scientific Methods mission. Traverse the area and enter the Machine Room, where you will find a new weapon, the Ripper, on a corpse at the bottom of the stairs.

Then, pass through the arch with the 'Masks On' poster above. This will lead to the Calibration room, in which you will find the Autopsy Recording.
