Dead by Daylight Halloween Event: How to Get Dark Trinkets
Complete the Event Tome challenges found under the Haunted by Daylight events category to obtain Dark Trinkets. A play button labeled "Haunted by Daylight" will appear in the main menu. When you sign up for those games, you'll get access to a special Halloween event where you can play regular matches with the addition of Void Pumpkins and the Void Realm.
Launch the Haunted by Daylight challenge from the main menu's Archives before you dive into these games. You should all be familiar with the web that opens up under the Haunted by Daylight option; it's identical to the Blood Web progression system that all of your characters use.
You can go up or down the Haunted by Daylight event web depending on which way you face. Both options are fair game; the key is to choose the difficulties that you enjoy the most. Since the upper side grants unique cosmetic items and the lower side offers one or two Dark Trinket nodes, most players opt to do both.
Upon completing the first Event Tome, you will be rewarded with more exclusive Halloween cosmetics and Dark Trinkets in the bonus section on the right. With the release of a new web every week comes an influx of new cosmetics, Dark Trinkets, and challenges to complete.
Drag the Survivor or Killer Challenge bars at the top of the web to choose one of the challenges. After you activate them, you'll be able to go on to the next level of the game. Playing and completing objectives, such as unhooking or hooking survivors and finishing generators, will regularly finish most of the tasks since they are "naturally" unlocked.
Where to Spend the Dark Trinkets
The restricted Haunted by Daylight shop is the place to spend Dark Trinkets. The fact that it is not accessible via the Store tab in the main menu adds some confusion to its location. In the bottom right corner of your screen, you may observe the "Haunted by Daylight" banner within the main menu.
All of the event-exclusive cosmetics may be yours by simply clicking the banner. You can find all the cosmetics that don't require premium Auric Cells but Dark Trinkets as in-game currency under the Collection page. More unique cosmetics are available in the shop, but you'll need Auric Cells, the game's premium money, to buy them.

As previously said, the other cosmetics can be obtained through the challenges, thus there are only a limited number of them. You can earn points during the event by acquiring a particular quantity of cosmetics. You can unlock more cosmetics by reaching three distinct point milestones:
- six things or points - Charm for the Void Cat Event
- a dozen things Badge for the Haunted Unleashed Event
- twenty things (15 pts) - Launch the Void Event Button
