We have made a practical guide where we explain How to Level The Guard Profession in Brighter Shores.

In Brighter Shores, you'll have the opportunity to level up the Guard profession among the first. You can level up this fighting profession by destroying foes in the Hopeport area. However, there are quite a few levels that need to be remembered.

Leveling up the Guard profession in Brighter Shores is the focus of this article. Leveling advice, a rundown of every adversary in Hopeport, and strategies for leveling up your stuff are all part of this. We will also examine the distinction between hostile and passive foes, making note of which ones will launch an attack in response to your initial strike.

The content of Brighter Shores is subject to change because it is currently in Early Access on Steam. These articles will be updated as needed.

How Does One Become a Guard?

Combat is integral to the Guard profession, which is responsible for protecting Hopeport. Your primary fighting specialty will evolve as you explore more of the planet. As an illustration, in Act Two, you are suited to the woodland environment as a Scout, your fighting profession.

You can level up your Guard profession by defeating opponents in Hopeport. This isn't hard to grasp, but with 500 levels in the profession, it might be hard to get here.

How to Level The Guard Profession in Brighter Shores?

Fortunately, we have some pointers that will assist you in advancing in the Guard vocation. To start things off, you should be aware that Brighter Shores requires a significant amount of grinding. The Guard profession is no exception to the rule that you will need to grind for every career in the game.

It is typical to have to sprint around an area as you wait for nearby adversaries to respawn. In general, though, our top recommendation is that you focus on eliminating foes that are close to your level. As an example, if you are level 20, defeating enemies below level 15 won't actually benefit you in terms of experience gain.

A permanent experience bonus is the usual for the Enchantress's enchanted equipment, but they will not enchant anything that could be used for violence. Therefore, the Enchantress is useless for enhancing the Guard vocation.

You'll also have the option to increase your overall experience gain for Hopeport professions. The potions you make at the alchemist are what you need for this. In Hopeport, for instance, you can increase your experience gain for all professions by five percent by concocting a potion after you achieve level four in Alchemy.

With each level you gain in Alchemy, this proportion has the potential to grow. There will be a 7% increase at level 50 and a 10% increase at level 185 for this enhancement. As you grind foes around Hopeport, potions are a terrific method to boost your experience gain.

The Alchemist also sells these potions.

Silent Leveling

Occasionally, when you level up your skills, you'll be rewarded with a knowledge point. You can use this point to unlock passive fighting, acquire a chunk of experience, or silver. As an example, you can activate passive auto-battle with the Street Louse at level 20 by spending a knowledge point.

Because the passive action continues even while you're not online, this is great for when you want to step away from the game for a bit. Although the benefit is lower than what you would receive from engaging in regular opponent combat, it can be useful when you're in the mood to shorten your gaming session.

Getting Your Hands on Some New Gear

Defeating foes drops gear. You can still amass a complete set of armor and weaponry despite the randomness. in the moment, you can't purchase weapons and armor, but you can sell surplus items to the Quartermaster in the Training Grounds.

What Comes After Your Demise?

Thus, you have perished in combat. There doesn't appear to be any fallout from this, so there's no need to be concerned. At the moment, the Infirmary at the Hopeport Training Grounds will be teleported to in the event of a death in Brighter Shores.

The most significant drawback is that you will have to run back to your original location in order to resume fighting.

All of Hopeport's Enemies

Looking at all of Hopeport's enemies is the next logical step. New adversaries are unlocked every few levels during the 500-level Guard game. This indicates that the game features a large number of adversaries. Every adversary and their respective unlock levels are shown in the table below.
