How to Launch the Cosmodrome Rocket in Ashes of the Damned in BO7 Zombies

The main Easter egg in Black Ops 7 Zombies' "Ashes of the Damned" presents a formidable challenge, with the Cosmodrome rocket launch standing out as a particularly complex hurdle. This step involves a cryptic symbol-based puzzle that can easily halt your progress. If you're stuck trying to decipher the codes and initiate liftoff, you've come to the right place. This comprehensive guide will walk you through the entire process, from the essential prerequisites to solving the final cipher, ensuring a smooth launch so you can focus on slaying the undead horde.

Prerequisites: Gearing Up for the Launch

Before you can even approach the launch controls, you must complete a series of critical objectives to power up your arsenal.

Acquire the Necrofluid Gauntlet: This essential tool is your key to interacting with the otherworldly mechanics of the map.

Complete the Serum Puzzle: Follow the quest to gather serum ingredients and solve the accompanying puzzle.

Collect the Three Keys: This multi-part task is necessary to progress further.

Obtain the DG-2 Turret Barrel: Once you have the keys, you can secure this upgrade for "Ol' Tessie."

Charge the Gauntlet: Use the upgraded turret to shoot the floating clock tower in Ashwood. While it glows, fire your Necrofluid Gauntlet at it and reload. A successful charge will be indicated by the weapon taking on a spectral, purple aura.

With a charged gauntlet, head to the Zarya Cosmodrome. You can travel southeast from Ashwood using "Ol' Tessie" or use the Jump Pad near the Double Tap Root Beer perk for a quicker route.

Phase One: Powering the Launch Arrays

Upon arriving at the Cosmodrome, your first task is to slow down the two rapidly spinning array towers.

• Locate the array towers by looking to the northwest and northeast.
• Use a spectral-charged shot from your Necrofluid Gauntlet on one of the towers to slow its rotation.
• Important: After shooting the first tower, you must return to the Ashwood clocktower to recharge your gauntlet before you can slow down the secondarray.

Phase Two: Decoding the Cipher Puzzle

With both arrays stabilized, enter the Cosmodrome Control Room. On the north wall, you will find two screens displaying a sequence of six flashingsymbols. This is the core of the rocket launch puzzle.

The symbols correspond to one of four possible words, using a Pigpen cipher. To solve it, you must translate the symbols into a word and thenconvert that word into a numerical code, where A=00, B=01, and so onuntil Z=25.

To save you the trouble, we've decoded all possible combinations below. Simplymatch the symbols on your screen to one of these words and note itscorresponding number sequence.

Phase Three: Inputting the Launch Codes

Once you have your number sequence, proceed to the six computer terminals on the northwest side of the Control Room. Each terminal has a screen with rapidly cycling numbers.

• From left to right, input your number sequence by shooting the red button on each terminal when the correct number is displayed.
• Example: If your word is ROCKET, you would shoot the first terminal when it shows 17, the second at 14, the third at 02, and so on.

Crucial Warning: Entering an incorrect number sequence will cause the launch to fail.You will be forced to restart the entire process, including re-slowingthe array towers, in the following round.

A successful input will be marked by the immediate despawn of all zombies and the spectacular launch of the Cosmodrome rocket, signaling yourvictory in this intricate stage of the Ashes of the Damned Easter egg.
