Black Ops 7 Endgame: How To Defeat Origins Robot

Phase 1: Triggering the Colossus of Avalon Event

The confrontation with the Origins Robot begins with a simple time-based trigger and a warning about combat readiness.

1. Event Initiation

• Timing: The Colossus of Avalon world event typically becomes available approximately 10 minutes after the match begins.
• The Call: Players will receive an on-screen prompt: "Colossus Detected," accompanied by instructions to investigate the signal source marked on the map.
• Combat Readiness: This event is designed for high-power teams. A minimum Combat Rating of 45 is strongly advised. If your rating is lower, ensure you are grouped with powerful squad mates who can compensate for the high-tier enemy difficulty.

2. Securing the Portal

• Location: Navigate to the marked area on the map, where a distinctive swirling red portal will be visible on the ground.
• The Task: The primary objective is to clear the zone of the "Unknown Entities"that emerge from the portal. These are armored, melee-focused roboticenemies that possess high durability.
• Progress Bar: Defeat these hostile machines to fill the progress bar displayed on the left of your screen before the operational timer expires.
• The Arrival: Once the progress bar reaches 100%, the event culminates: the gigantic Origins Robot will descend from the sky and land on the map surface, beginning its destructive patrol.

Phase 2: Boarding the Titan

Once the colossal machine is walking the map, small arms fire is useless.The only way to win is to gain entry to the internal access pointlocated on its back.

1. The Ascent Strategy

Climbing the gargantuan body of the robot requires utilizing the map's mobility tools with precision:

• Grappling Hook Precision: You can grapple onto the robot's limbs (legs, arms, hips). This methodrequires precise timing; anticipate the movement of its joints (theswing of an arm or the step of a leg) to ensure your grapple connectsand pulls you upward successfully.
• Redeploy Balloon Bypass: A quicker, though riskier, method is using the Redeploy Balloons found on the map. Launch yourself high and aim to glide directly ontothe stable platform area located just above the robot's waist.

2. Navigating the Platforms

The robot's body is guarded against intruders:

• Turret Defense: Turrets are stationed on the various platforms of the body. You have two options here: you can use your weapons to destroy the turrets to create a safe path, or you can rely on speed and mobility to grapple past them and head straight for the target.
• The Entry Point: Your ultimate destination is the doorway located on the back of the colossal machine. Enter this access point to transition into the internal core phase.

Phase 3: Destroying the Core

Inside the Colossus of Avalon, the objective shifts to a boss fight and aprecise sequence of plate activation to expose the machine's energycore.

1. Eliminating HEL-A27

• Internal Defense: Upon entry, you must first eliminate the internal security boss, HEL-A27, and any remaining enemy resistance in the area. This clears the roomand allows your squad to focus on the core's defense mechanism.

2. Deactivating the Shield

The core is protected by an energy shield that must be temporarily disabled:

• The Activation: One player must stand on the visible red pressure plate. This action will activate three corresponding red lightbulbs in the chamber.
• The Destruction: While the shields are partially deactivated, the rest of the squad must swiftly destroy all three red lightbulbs. This action will fully and temporarily bring down the main energy shield protecting the core.

3. Core Damage

• Exploitation: Immediately focus all your firepower on the exposed core. Deal as much damage as possible before the shield regenerates.
• Repeat if Necessary: If the shield comes back online before the core is destroyed, locate the next pressure plate on the floor above and repeat the sequence (one player activates the plate, the restdestroy the lightbulbs). Continue this process until the core isannihilated.

Phase 4: Extraction and Exclusive Rewards

Bringing down the core triggers the final, cinematic extraction sequence.

• Loot Drop: Cases containing the valuable Exotic Skills (exclusive to world events) and Legendary weapons will immediately spawn in the center of the room. Loot these cases quickly!
• Final Extraction: Use your grappling hook to target the portal that appears above the center of the room. This will teleport you directly into the Origins Robot’s head.
• The Launch: Once all remaining teammates have joined you inside the head, interact with the marked button on the console. The giant robot's head will activate its thrusters, detaching from the body and launching into space, granting your squad the Colossus of Avalon Calling Card and a successful, spectacular extraction.
