Good news for the newbies, though-this NPC can be found in the First Sea. To do this, you will have to visit the island of Marine Fortress that is designed for players whose character cap is between 120 to 150 level. Advanced Weapon Dealer is in some obscure area; hence, many hardly take note of him.
Approach the Home Points NPC and head behind the house beside him. In exchange, players will be able to buy a number of weapons from the Advanced Weapon Dealer, one of which is the Dual Flintlock in Blox Fruits. Because it sells pretty cheap, it wouldn't be much of a sweat to gather the required amount of money.
Dual Flintlock Moveset Compatible With
