Winterfest, one of the most popular Fortnite holiday events of the year, is almost over, and players will have to wrap up their accounts in time before the festivities end. Aside from opening the presents available in the lodge, players have to complete the remaining Winterfest Quests so that they are able to maximize experience gain.
Finding the hidden files containing Sgr. Winter's Naughty or Nice list is one of the last Winterfest Quests players will have to complete. While the mission marker does point players in the right direction, they may still have to do some exploring through the tunnels beneath to find it.
For collecting the hidden files for Sgt. Winter's Naughty or Nice list, the players would find their way down to Foxy Floodgates in particular; however, on arrival, the mark represents a bridge above them, in which they have to actually go beneath to reach it.
You can access the files by either going through the pipes on the north wall of the dam or by using the passage on the southeast side of the bridge.

Foxy Floodgate's Hidden Files: Where Are They?
For collecting the hidden files for Sgt. Winter's Naughty or Nice list, the players would find their way down to Foxy Floodgates in particular; however, on arrival, the mark represents a bridge above them, in which they have to actually go beneath to reach it.
You can access the files by either going through the pipes on the north wall of the dam or by using the passage on the southeast side of the bridge.
Southeast Entrance
On the bridge at Foxy Floodgate, there's a small station. Players must jump the fence and drop down to the lower level to reach the inside. Here, players will need to head down a bend before finding a gate that seals off the tunnels underneath the dam. These tunnels can be accessed by smashing this gate with a pickaxe.
From there, they will have to take the slide down to the bottom floor. Between the two wedges of the wall are the hidden documents.
Northeastern Front Pipes
Players can also bypass the tunnel maze by heading to the lower level of the dam, jumping onto one of the two pipes, and using a pickaxe to break open the gates to enter.
They have to be very careful here as they will fall into the lake beneath the parkour site. The objective is to make either a floor in the game by using parkour skills or get on top of the ledge itself.
To continue finding the files, they make a right, turning if heading down the eastern pipe; if they decide to head down the western pipe, it will be a left turn.
The first quest completes when the players click on the files three times running. Further, they are asked to check the list once more.
