Before you begin the Easter Egg sequence, smart preparation is crucial. The final stage requires a melee-only confrontation, and being geared up drastically increases your survival odds.

Recommended Preparation

Weapon Rarity & Pack-a-Punch: Focus on upgrading your melee weapon (Knife) to a high rarity (Purpleor Gold) and applying at least Tier 2 Pack-a-Punch damage. A high-damage melee weapon ensures the final boss fight is manageable on lowerrounds.

Armor and Perks: Ensure you have your full suite of essential Perks and high-level armor. You will need these bonuses in the boss arena.

The Quick-Spawn Method (Optional but Recommended): To initiate the boss fight sequence faster (ideally by Round 10 when enemy health is lower), start the match with the Toxic Growth Field Upgrade.

• Note: Although your HUD might not immediately show your Perks or Armor asbeing active, picking up the gear registers them as active, which isvital for surviving the encounter.

The Melee Rule: You must kill the HVT Zursa bear using only your knife or equipped melee weapon for dealing damage.

Avoid Other Weapons: If you fire or damage the bear with any other weapon (e.g., a rifle, pistol, or grenade), you will not receive the reward, regardless of how the final blow is dealt.

Claim the Talisman: Upon successfully defeating the bear with only melee damage, the HVT Zursa will explode. A black orb will float into a nearby chest.
