How to earn Alchemist Medal in Black Ops 6 Zombies

The Alchemist medal in Black Ops 6 Zombies is a straightforward achievement that rewards players for efficiently dispatching hordes with elemental flair. While many achievements in the game involve complex tasks across Multiplayer and Campaign modes, the Alchemist medal focuses purely on a specific combat scenario in Zombies.

Black Ops 6 Zombies: How to earn Alchemist Medal

To earn the Alchemist medal, you must:

• Eliminate five or more zombies rapidly
• While they are simultaneously affected by two or more elemental status effects.

This means you'll need to apply at least two different types of elemental damage (e.g., fire, electric, ice, toxic, shadow) to a group of zombies before quickly taking them down.Here are the most effective strategies to achieve this:

Method 1: Ammo Mod + Throwable Combo (Recommended)

This method is generally the easiest and most consistent, especially when an elemental ammo mod is available.

Gather a Horde: Train a large group of zombies together, making sure they are tightly packed.

Apply First Element (Throwable): Throw a Molotov into the center of the horde. This will apply a fire elemental effect to the zombies.

Apply Second Element (Ammo Mod): While the zombies are on fire, rapidly eliminate them using a weapon equipped with an elemental Ammo Mod. The Dead Wire ammo mod (which applies electrical damage) is highly recommended for this due to its chain-stunning capabilities and quick activation.

Rapid Eliminations: Mow down five or more of these dual-element-affected zombies as quickly as possible. If successful, the "Alchemist" medal will appear on your screen.

Method 2: Dual Throwable Combo (Mid-to-Late Game)

If you don't have access to a specific ammo mod or prefer using equipment, a combination of elemental throwables can also work.

Gather a Horde: Again, group a large number of zombies.

Apply Both Elements (Throwables): Throw a Molotov (fire) and a Shock Charge (electric) into the horde. These will apply the two necessary elemental effects.

Rapid Eliminations: Immediately after the throwables deploy, use your weapon to eliminatefive or more of the affected zombies as quickly as you can.

Important Consideration for Dual Throwable Method:

• Zombie Health: In the early rounds of Zombies, low-level zombies have minimal health. There's a highchance that the combined damage from the Molotov and Shock Charge willeliminate them before you can even fire your gun. This means you won't get the kill credit, and thus, no Alchemist medal.
• Mid-to-Late Game Effectiveness: This method becomes much more effective in the mid-stages of a Zombies game or higher rounds. By then, zombies have significantly more health, allowing them to survive the initial elemental damage,giving you the opportunity to land the final shots and secure the rapideliminations needed for the medal.

Once you successfully execute either of these processes, the Alchemist medal will pop up onyour screen, signifying your expertise in elemental damage in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
