How to Complete the Reckoning Chicken Bucket Easter Egg in Black Ops 6 Zombies

Players diving into Season 5 of Black Ops 6 are in for a wild ride, with the final Zombies map, Reckoning, serving as the epic conclusion to the saga. While many are focused on unraveling the main quest, the map is also packed with fun and quirky side Easter Eggs to discover.One of the most memorable of these is the "Chicken Bucket Easter Egg." It might sound strange, but for players who enjoy finding the hidden secrets in Zombies, this is a quick and satisfying quest that rewards you with a hilarious cosmetic item. Here is a complete and easy-to-follow guide on how to get the chicken bucket on your head in Black Ops 6 Zombies.

BO6 Zombies: the Reckoning Chicken Bucket Easter Egg

Step 1: Head to the T1 Executive Suite

Your first task is to locate the famous chicken bucket.

• Make your way to the T2 Dark Entity Containment area of the map.
• From there, take the Anti-Grav Personnel Launcher, which will send you up to the T1 Executive Suite. You will naturally pass through this area on your way to Richtofen's Office to activate the power and Pack-a-Punch machine, so you should be familiar with the route.
• Instead of heading to the office, take the first left after entering the T1 Executive Suite. This will lead you into a cafeteria.

Step 2: Detonate the Bucket and Collect the Chicken Pieces

Once you're in the cafeteria, you'll see a chicken bucket sitting on a shelf.

• To start the puzzle, you need to use an explosive to dislodge it. A grenade or Semtex works best. Throw it at the bucket and watch it fly off the shelf.
• After the explosion, the chicken bucket will land on the countertop directly in front of the shelf, but it won't be empty. Six pieces of fried chicken will scatter around the room.
• You must find and interact with each of the six pieces to "eat" them. Theyare all located within the same cafeteria, making this a quick andcontained puzzle.

Here are the locations of all six chicken pieces:

• Two pieces can be found on the countertop where the bucket landed.
• One piece is on the ground near the barricade, just to the right of the countertop.
• One piece is behind the countertop, next to a trash bin on the left side of the room.
• One piece is on a seat in the top-left corner of the cafeteria.
• The final piece is underneath the yellow chair on the right side of the room.

Step 3: Enjoy Your New Helmet!

Once you have successfully collected all six pieces of fried chicken, return to the bucket on the countertop.

• Interact with the bucket one last time.
• If you're in first-person view, you'll see your hands reach for it. If you then switch to a third-person view, you will see that the chickenbucket is now on your character's head!

This Easter Eggserves no gameplay purpose—it doesn't grant a power-up, a perk, or anadvantage. It's simply a fun, secret cosmetic that gives you braggingrights for discovering one of the map's many hidden details. Enjoy yournew chicken bucket helmet and get back to slaying zombies in style!
