To catch your tenants in the act, it's important to conduct regular inspections and pay attention to any suspicious activity. If you suspect that a tenant is engaging in illegal activity, you can also hire a private investigator to gather evidence.

Once you have caught your tenants in the act, it's time to evict them. In BitLife, you can use the Evict option under the Activities tab to evict tenants who have engaged in bad or immoral behavior. It's important to evict the tenant as soon as possible after catching them in the act to prevent any further damage to your property or reputation.
