This BitLife challenge is made to test your patience and strategic thinking but also features an element of luck. You'll start the life like any other British male, but it will all climax in a daring prison break.

Stage One: Humble Beginnings

Create a male character born anywhere in the United Kingdom. The game will randomly generate attributes, talents, and other personal details. Quite simply, grow up.

Stage Two: Intellectual Pursuits

Once you've come of age, it's time to broaden your horizons. Head to "Mind and Body," then tap "Book." Your target: "The Communist Manifesto." That's a text that will lend some theoretical heft to what you'll be doing later in the game. If you can't seem to get the book right away, don't worry. This bug seems to be resolved by aging up or restarting the app.

Step Three: A Criminal Undertaking

Now that your mind is stimulated, let's get to crime. Tap the "Activities" tab and then "Crime" and "Bank Robbery." To complete this assignment, you'll need to don a Guy Fawkes mask during the bank robbery. If you don't have it available, resort to the aging up/reboot strategy from the previous cases. You pick the bank, weapon and getaway vehicle, but for the record, you want to land in jail.

Step Four: A Trim Behind Bars

Your prison term has to be at least five years long. You can put the time to good use by working as a barber. Open the prison menu, and under that, click on "Jobs." Finally, click on "Barber." If you find this career path is not available, you are too young, so you need to age up and try again. If you notice that your sentence is up before it even reaches the five-year mark, misbehave to add more time to your sentence.

Step Five: Breaking Out

The final act is to make your daring escape. From the prison menu, play Snake to gather some inmates to your cause for a riot. Once you've got enough allies, start a riot then try breaking free—this doesn't necessarily mean you will succeed, and you might need to try several times.

This is an endurance test. If anything else, the random nature of BitLife means that setbacks are sure to occur. However, a bit of good luck and some careful planning could see one progress from an ordinary life to a prison break.
