As we near the end of October and Halloween, BitLife keeps the scary season festivities going with both easy and hard challenges. Despite the fact that the Oogity Boogity BOO challenge is both simple and humorously named, the second half of it is surprisingly difficult to complete.

How to complete the Oogity Boogity BOO challenge in BitLife


The Oogity Boogity BOO challenge from BitLife requires you to do two things:
  • Get till the age of 80 and beyond
  • Deadly frighten someone over the age of 80

Despite the fact that this challenge only has two chores, they might become quite challenging if your character encounters tragic circumstances or leads a perilous life. There are several things you may do to alleviate the difficulty of this situation.

Making it until 80 years old



Your character must be 80 years old or older to complete the first half of the Oogity Boogity BOO challenge. If you happen to have one with an 80 level or higher, you can use their save to complete the mission faster.


Keeping a character alive until the ripe old age of 80 has never been easier, so here are some pointers:

  • Get rid of any illnesses they may develop. The average cold or flu won't cause you any trouble, but anything more serious can spread rapidly.
  • Wait until your character reaches 80 before fighting or committing any crimes. Your risk of death from prison-related complications or reprisal increases if you do this.
  • Avoid residing in a home with ghosts. Although it may be alluring, ghosts pose a threat to your character's health or possibly their death.
  • Stay in tip-top shape by doing things like going to the gym, eating right, and taking regular walks.

Beyond this, your character's longevity to 80 years old is largely dependent on chance. At other times, people might die while sleeping or get an incurable ailment out of the blue. It may be necessary to switch to a different character every so often. However, if you keep an eye on their well-being, you should have a good chance of success with this one.

Deadly frighten someone over the age of 80


Things start to get tricky now. Go to Crime and Murder if you want to terrify someone to death. Find Scare to Death in the techniques menu that is located here. If it isn't visible immediately, try closing and reopening the menu.


Seeing the option on your menu is the easy part; the real struggle starts when you actually try it. One of the trickiest things to do in BitLife is to scare someone to death, but doing so usually leads to revenge or the police coming after you.


To improve your chances of success, consider the following:

  • While making your character, be sure to include the criminal special talent.
  • Make use of the Assassin's Blade, a product available on BitLife.
  • If it doesn't work, try closing and reopening the BitLife app and then going through the results again.

The likelihood of your character going to jail increases after a few failed tries. Get out of there and try again with the same character if you're stuck. As long as they live to be 80 or older and don't pass away before you finish the challenge, you'll have plenty of chances to do it.
