The first thing you have to do is advance to the final section of the level. Here you will find two drops after an exit that you cannot return to. In this final section you will be able to find the secret, in a room with a hole, after the room with the two potential Inner Lair entrances.

When you reach the room, you must go up the ramp, to find the trophy more or less halfway on a ledge. You will need to crouch carefully to get closer and in case you fall, you will hang from the ledge and a teammate will have to pick you up.
