You will find many knowledge books as you travel around the map that will allow you to learn new skills as you progress through the game or will improve an existing skill, which is beneficial.

There is a wide variety of melee and ranged attacks, ranging from a flaming sword to a nice classic but effective Spartan kick. You will find two of the additional adrenaline bars to the south and southwest of the starting point in the skill tree.
