To begin your quest, head to the western part of Baghdad in the Shari area, central Harbiyah. This is where the Left Behind Enigma scroll can be found. The scroll is hidden in a house located south of the Metal Factory.
Once you arrive at the house, look for a hint on the screen that will guide you towards the scroll. You will notice scaffolding blocking a window. Your task is to break the scaffolding and gain access to the house.
Carefully navigate around the house and keep an eye out for a sleeping man. Next to him, you'll find the Left Behind Enigma scroll. Interact with it to add it to your inventory.

Search the area around the fish symbol and look for a glowing pile of dirt. Within it, you'll discover the Horned Lion Talisman - your secret reward! This talisman holds special powers and can give you an advantage in your future quests.
