Arc Raiders: Find Lemons and Apricots

Phase 1: Locating Lemons and Apricots

Since Lemons and Apricots are organic resources, they are exclusively found in the Natural areas across the different ARC Raiders maps. These zones are easily identified on your map by a distinctive leaf icon hovering above their names.

The Best Hunting Ground: The Blue Gate Map

While you can find these fruits on all maps, the Blue Gatezone is currently considered the most efficient place to farm them. This high-level map features small, isolated trees that reliably drop therequired fruits.

Key Natural locations on the Blue Gate map to target include:

• Olive Grove
• Trapper’s Glade
• Village

The Alternative: Dam Battlegrounds

If you haven't yet unlocked the Blue Gate map, or prefer a lower-risk run, the Dam Battlegrounds also offers reliable spawn points:

• Water Treatment Control Area: Head to the patch of forest located west of the main water treatment building. This area typically features numerous trees with plenty of Lemons and Apricots lying beneath them.

Effective Harvesting Technique

Once you locate a small tree with Lemons or Apricots visible underneath itscanopy, you need to harvest them correctly to maximize your yield.Simply interact with the tree to "kick" or shake it. Each tree should reward you with an average of 2–3 Lemons or Apricots with every shake. Be sure to check surrounding trees as well, as they often spawn in clusters.

Phase 2: The Primary Use—Scrappy Upgrades

The most valuable use of Lemons and Apricots is investing them in yourworkshop companion, Scrappy. By upgrading him, you significantlyincrease the passive resources flowing back into your Raider Den.

Upgrading to Level 3 (Scavenger)

To unlock the Level 3 Scavenger upgrade, you need the following specific resource bundle:

• 3 Lemons
• 3 Apricots

Once upgraded, your faithful chicken companion will see a considerable increase in his passive resource collection rate, providing you with a greater,steadier bounty of basic crafting materials in his collection box,essentially paying for himself in future raids.

Preparing for Future Upgrades (Level 5)

• 12 Mushrooms
• 3 Comfortable Pillows

• Fruit Mix: You can combine one Lemon and one Apricot with one Prickly Pear at a crafting bench to create a Fruit Mix, a useful consumable item.
• Unexpected Initiative Quest: For the Unexpected Initiative quest, you will need to gather 3 Lemons along with 1 Water Filter and 1 Water Pump.
