Apex Legends: How to use the Recon class - Ultimate Guide
This article is more than perfect for those who want to know how to use the Recon class in Apex Legends because it has you covered.
It is nothing more and nothing less than a new class that has been introduced to the game. It was previously Pathfinder and later became Recon even though it is completely different from Bloodhound and Crypto, now being the second case in the game after Fragger and Wattson.
The first thing you need to know is that this new class has three Legends with a shared ability and they will serve an essential purpose in helping their squads with map rotations.
This ability is the recon class ability, an ancient Pathfinder passive ability which can reveal the location of the next ring to your squad.The Legends of the Recon class are Bloodhound, Crypto, and Pathfinder. Bloodhound and Crypto retain their previous passive abilities, the difference is that now Crypto can interact with Survey Beacons using their drone automatically and instantly.
Pathfinder also now features a new passive bonus that reduces the cooldown when using the Recon Beacon by 10 seconds, but can go up from 60 to 120 seconds.
