Animal Crossing New Horizons: How to get the Festivale Float from Pavé

The first thing you had to do was buy the nine Festivale Set furnishings that appeared in Nook’s Cranny in the two weeks leading up to Festivale. He could also collect feathers around your island to catch you up.
