Obtaining this potent weapon is a breeze with the help of our comprehensive tutorial.
How to get the Black Rock Launcher in Alan Wake 2 The Lake House
The weapon is situated in the Inventory area of Sublevel 1, which players can reach pretty early in the DLC. Unfortunately, the office housing the Black Rock Launcher is inaccessible due to a locked door. Therefore, Agent Estevez needs to investigate the facility more to discover how to unlock it.
To put it plainly, the Security Clearance 02 card is necessary for players. Once Agent Estevez reaches the floor of the Control Center on Sublevel 2, it will go into lockdown. So, to make sure the protagonist may exit the location, the major priority is to release the lockout by finding the password to the Control Center computer.
Located on Sublevel 2 of the Control Center, on the floor adjacent to the lifeless body, is the Security Clearance 02 card. Players will be one step closer to obtaining the Black Rock Launcher once Estevez returns to Sublevel 1 from fighting with the horde of Taken and it has been obtained.
The only remaining obstacle is the area's movable painting panels. Given that players will have been to this location before, they may have used the panel control room's switch to relocate the painting panel that now occupies half of the room. To get the panel back into position, just return to that location and press the switch once more.
From behind the protection of the control room glass, players will know they are heading in the proper direction when the panel obscures their vision. The panel that had been blocking the other door to the Inventory office would have been shifted as a result of this. After that, Estevez can obtain the Security Clearance 02 card and proceed to the newly revealed door.
Watch out for painting monsters that may appear as you retrieve the security card and make your way inside.
