How To Complete Icedrift Hollow: Mid-Level in Zenless Zone Zero?


Level One


This level should introduce some of the basics of the mid-level. What you want to do here is move around movable obstacles to trigger switches and open doors.

Puzzle 1:


  • Drag the obstacle towards the blue button to open the door.
  • Climb up into the top level and push the obstacle onto another switch.
  • Pick up the treasure chest then proceed to the next level.

Puzzle 2:


  • Push the obstacle to the edge of the platform.
  • Pick up the bottom treasure chest.
  • Slide the obstacle onto the switch.
  • Pick up the second treasure chest and move on to the next level.

Advanced Level



The advanced level increases the difficulty with the need to trigger several switches, and the terrain is much more complex.

Puzzle 1:


  • Collect the first treasure chest.
  • Push obstacles to trigger the first switch.
  • Collect the second treasure chest.
  • Make a platform out of an obstacle to reach the final switch.
  • Collect the final treasure chest and complete the level.

Intermediate Level


Research samples will be added as additional collectibles for the intermediate level.

Levels 1 and 2:


  • Collect the first research sample.
  • Overcome obstacles to reach the second floor.
  • Gather the second test sample.
  • Activate switches that open up the way to the third level.
  • Collect the third research sample and move ahead.

Level 3:


  • Gather the first research sample.
  • Activate the first switch.
  • Gather the second research sample.
  • Activate the second switch.
  • Gather the third research sample.
  • Finally, overcome the last obstacle to complete the level.
  • Test methods; use the environment.
