Once you get to the top, you will be rewarded with the Archaic Warm Greaves and access to an opening with bird-shaped objects, a Device Dispenser, and a Maker Construct.

Next, you will need to use one of the bird-shaped objects and possibly a fan to glide to the Temple of Time. This may take some practice, but with persistence, you will get the hang of it. Lastly, it is essential to note that jumping into water at any height is safe in the game, so you don't need to worry about falling. Keep trying until you reach your destination.
