Just east of the withered line will be the Pied Piper. A little to the northeast is another one that we can find along the way.

Just a pile of rocks

Quickly approach the resonance beacon on the rock pile and exit the cave to glide south. The Pied Piper can be seen from afar next to a group of enemies.

The island of nostalgia and the sea of fire

Go to the Resonance Beacon on Nostalgia Island and run west to find the Pied Piper. While previous areas only had one enemy, Sea of Flames has more pipers. From the Sea of Flames Resonance Beacon, head southeast a bit to find a Tank Destroyer. Return to that lighthouse, but this time go northeast to defeat the enemies. Continue northwest to find one in an open area and another inside a building. You can get to the second one by climbing up the building and jumping inside.

Sea of Flames will constantly deplete the player's HP, so gathering free materials can be difficult. To remove the debuff, complete the quest "We Promise, We Deliver."

Forbidden Forest

Enter the Forbidden Forest and you will find three Pipers surrounded by a small group of enemies. My "tiger jaw". Quickly go to Resonance Beacon just east of the Lampilumen Myriad boss in Storm Tides, turn around, and then drop down to the cliff below to find a Pied Piper with a Chaos Warrior.

To reach this hidden Resonance Beacon, players can travel to a point north of Corrosive Ruins and then head west to the river. Follow the flow in the cave until the player reaches a hidden, echoing beacon east of the Myriad Lampilumena boss in Stormtides.

Fallen grave

The first step is to complete the Stygian Lacrymosa research quest by reaching Alliance level 25 to escape the ice storm that is preventing players from moving around the area. Then, from the southern Resonance Beacon of Fallen Grave, head northwest to find the Pied Piper, then northeast to encounter three enemies.

Now that you know where to find flutists, you can embark on your search, here are several places to locate them and continue your progress in Wuthering Waves.
