The Ring of Samsara is split into two parts: Cause and Effect. You can obtain both in the fourth region, Worship’s Rise in Ruins, after passing the point of no return.
  • Head to Reverant Temple – After descending from Shu Sanctum, make your way toward Reverant Temple.
  • Find Fang Yao – Near the shrine, you’ll encounter Fang Yao. Speak to her to receive the Ring of Samsara – Cause.
  • Talk to He Youzai – Enter the temple and interact with He Youzai to obtain the Ring of Samsara – Effect.

    • Important Note:
    • The rings’ descriptions mention they contain red mercury and can form a Causality Key—do not consume them for red mercury, as they are essential for a secret ending.

    How to Use the Ring of Samsara


    After acquiring both rings, follow these steps:


  • Speak to Xuanyangzi – When prompted, do not give him the Chisel—this choice is crucial for progression.
  • Defeat the Fourth Region’s Final Boss – After the battle, you’ll teleport to Bo Capital.
  • Travel to Depths of the Capital Shrine – From the first shrine, take the right path, activating Bronze Pillars along the way.
  • Solve the Third Riddle Door – At the shrine, interact with the door and select "The wheel turns anew" to teleport to Shrine Dwelling.
  • Defeat the Secret Boss – Demon of Obsession – This hidden enemy guards the next step.
  • Reform the Causality Key – After the battle, follow the linear path to an altar where you can combine both rings into the Causality Key.
