The Rebel Camp Key is dropped by an enemy near the Rebel Camp Shrine in Cloudspire. Once you have it, follow these steps to locate the gate it unlocks:

Return to the Rebel Camp Shrine – Rest up, heal, and ensure you have all your healing charges ready.

Descend the Ladder – From the shrine, turn around and climb down (or safely drop down).

Follow the Left Path – Proceed carefully, as the area is littered with explosive mines.

Avoid or Clear the Mines – Stick to the left side to minimize risk.
