Prerequisite: Acquiring the Veil of Stillness

Your journey begins southeast of Moonveil Mountain.

Locate Qiu Yuehai: Find the NPC Qiu Yuehai in this area. He will give you a task to covertly observe a martial artist training nearby.

Spy and Learn: Head to the cliff overlooking the training ground. Use your Skill Theft ability to spy on the individual from the rocks. Successfully complete the minigame to learn the Veil of Stillness Mystic Art. This stealth skill is essential for the next stage.

Report Back: Return to Qiu Yuehai to inform him of your success.

Navigating the Strategic Sword Sanctum

With your new stealth ability, you can now infiltrate the weapon's hiding place.

Travel to the Sanctum: Your destination is the Strategic Sword Sanctum, located south of theQinghe Region. The closest fast-travel point is the Back MountainTeleporter.

Unlock the Door: To enter the sanctum, you will need a Dragon Key. If you haven't acquired one yet, you'll need to seek it out beforehand.

Stealth and Combat: Inside, use the Veil of Stillness to navigate past or get the drop on enemies. Your objective is to find two specific chests:

• First Chest: Advance through the sanctum until you find two enemies patrolling near a chest. Defeat them and claim the loot.
• Second Chest: From the first chest, look to your left. You will see another chestguarded by two more soldiers. Eliminate the guards and loot this chestas well.

Claiming Your Reward

After securing both chests, proceed to the eastern end of the Strategic Sword Sanctum. Here, you will find a soldier actively practicing with thesword you seek. Use your Skill Theft ability on him one final time to successfully learn the Strategic Sword Martial Art, permanently adding this powerful weapon to your repertoire.

With the Strategic Sword now in your possession, you can unleash itsdevastating bleed-based combos and significantly elevate your combateffectiveness in Where Winds Meet.
