You can potentially earn the Panacea Fan by aligning with the Silver Needle Sect or receiving it as a reward from Qi Sheng. However, the third option—stealing the skill directly—is widely considered the fastest and most rewarding. It puts the power directly in your hands, bypassing lengthy faction quests and relying on your own stealth and cunning.

Step-by-Step: Infiltrating the Silver Needle Sanctum

The Sanctum is located in the northeastern part of Qinghe, the game's starting region. This means you can embark on this mission almost immediately after beginning your journey.

1. Acquire the Dragon Key

To gain entry to the Sanctum, you must first obtain a single-use Dragon Key. There are two primary ways to find one:

• Complete the First World Level Breakthrough Challenge: This is a reliable early-game source.
• Clear Enemy Outposts: Liberate all enemies from specific Outposts for the first time to earn a key as a reward.

Once you have the key, head to the cave entrance marked by a Loong DragonPillar. Use the key here to begin your stealth mission.

2. Navigating the First Stealth Zone

As you enter, exercise immediate caution. A lone Militiaman will be onyour right, facing away. Stick to the left wall to avoid the line ofsight of a second patrolling guard. Your goal is to reach the upperfloor via a scaffolding bridge. On the landing, you'll find two woodenkegs for cover. Wait for the two guards above to turn their backs before swiftly moving up and to the left, entering the Sanctum’s second zone.

3. Mastering the Second Zone and Final Approach

This area features another scaffolding bridge with a Militiaman on it andtwo more patrolling below. Your objective is to cross this space andreach a ladder on the opposite side.

Pro Tip: Use the Immobilize skill from behind to temporarily freeze patrolling guards, creating asafe window to move. While a corridor forward may tempt you, your target lies to the right. Follow the path until you discover a glowing bluecircle on the ground.
