The Final Stretch: Past the brigand camp, the road continues its serpentine climb, leading you directly to a crucial Teleporter (Waystone) situated just outside the Bell Tower’s main entrance.

Upon arrival, be sure to speak with the resident bellwright standing guard. He will recount the recent history of the tower's damage, detailing the legendary duel between two powerful martial artists that left the structure partially ruined—a mandatory step to advance the artifact's associated side quest.

Scaling the Damaged Peace Bell Tower

The bellwright at the entrance will now recognize your possession of the required material. The climb is achallenging platforming segment:

Start the Ascent: Backtrack to the tower’s entrance and locate the makeshift wooden scaffolding erected on the left side of the structure. Use this to begin your ascent.
