I. Little Master’s Legacy Questline (Qinghe)

This recurring sequence follows the mysterious Xiao Ping’an and rewards players for mastering new Martial Arts skills by challenging enemy camps.

1. Little Master’s Legacy I

• Location: Verdant Wilds (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Locate Xiao Ping’an watching an enemy camp from a distance. The quest automatically unlocks once you clear out all the enemies in that camp. (Note: Xiao Ping’an’s location is non-fixed and spawns near various camps).
• Rewards: Character EXP, Qinghe Exploration, Zhou Coins, Enlightenment Points.

2. Little Master’s Legacy II

• Location: Verdant Wilds (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Must have unlocked the Strategic Sword martial arts skill. Find Xiao Ping’an near an enemy camp and clear all the enemies within the camp. (Location is non-fixed).
• Rewards: Character EXP, Coins, Exploration Progress, Enlightenment Points.

3. Little Master’s Legacy III

• Location: Verdant Wilds (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Must have the Stormbreaker Spear martial arts skill unlocked. Find Xiao Ping’an near an enemy camp and clear the camp of all enemies.
• Rewards: Exploration, Enlightenment Points, Character EXP, Coins.

4. Little Master’s Legacy IV

• Location: Verdant Wilds (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Must have finished Little Master’s Legacy III. Find the villager (likely Xiao Ping’an) hanging around an enemy camp. The quest unlocks after you clear out all enemies in the camp.
• Rewards: Peace Spear (Rare Item), Jade Fish, Echo Jade, Exploration Progress, Enlightenment Points, Character EXP, Coin.

II. Heaven’s Pier & Brewery Encounters (Qinghe)

These quests are found near the waterfront and urban areas of Qinghe.

1. Her Legacy

• Location: Heaven’s Pier (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Must have finished Chapter 1: Heaven Has No Pier. Simply walk around the Brewery area near Heaven’s Pier; the encounter will automatically trigger.
• Rewards: Echo Jade, Exploration Progress, Zhou Coins, Character EXP.

2. Tales That Soar

• Location: Heaven’s Pier (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Walk close to the spot where Old Jiang is standing at Heaven’s Pier. The encounter will automatically start.
• Rewards: Echo Jade, Qinghe Exploration, Enlightenment Points, Character EXP, Coins.

3. A Toast to Destiny: Part I

• Location: Heaven’s Pier (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Find the Lone Drinker and talk to him. Play along and offer him some good wine to instantly trigger the quest.
• Rewards: Coins, EXP, Drunken Fist Pose (Unlock).

4. A Toast to Destiny: Part II

• Location: Qinghe / Sundara Land.
• Unlock Condition: Must have finished A Toast to Destiny: Part I. Play a round of Pitch Pot to automatically start the second part.
• Rewards: Coins, EXP, Lifelong Vow (Rare Item), Resolve (Rare Item).

III. Mountain & Wilderness Encounters (Qinghe)

These missions require exploration or interaction with key landmarks in the Qinghe wilderness.

1. Beauty and Blade

• Location: Blissful Retreat, Bamboo Grove area (Qinghe region, near Moonveil Mountain).
• Unlock Condition: Must have cleared the Bloomveil Monastery Outpost. Walk up to the red gate in the Bamboo Grove area; the quest automatically starts.
• Rewards: Alms Pilgrim (Companion/Item), Echo Jade, Enlightenment Points, Jade Fish, Character EXP, Coins.

2. Twisted Destiny

• Location: Bamboo Retreat (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Must have finished Chapter 1: Heaven Has No Pier. Defeat the pack of wolves gathered just outside the retreat. Afterward, read the note called “Challenge to the Cur” near the entrance of the ruined house.
• Rewards: Red Fish Kite (Major Item), Large amounts of Echo Jade, Enlightenment Points, Character EXP, Coin.

3. Forged Tales

• Location: Deerforage Grove (Qinghe region), near the Boundary Stone by Moonveil Mountain.
• Unlock Condition: Approach the Boundary Stone near Moonveil Mountain; the quest will automatically activate.
• Rewards: Echo Jade, Qinghe Exploration, Enlightenment Points, EXP, Coins.

4. A Kindred Steed

• Location: Finestead Hamlet (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Simply walk up to the Horse Merchant at Finestead Hamlet. The encounter will start on its own.

5. Lucky Break

• Location: Riverside Station (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Walk up to the worried grandfather and his grandson standing along the road between Riverside Station and Harvestfall Village. The encounter automatically triggers.

1. A Duel of Wits

• Location: Qinghe region.
• Unlock Condition: Must have completed the Gift of Gab: Silver Tongue exploration quest. The quest automatically triggers after you beat He Wanchun in a Rhetoric Battle during that quest.
• Rewards: Alright, You Win (Hero Title), Echo Jade, Exploration Progress, EXP, Coin.

2. The Hidden Ugliness / More Than Meets the Eye

• Location: Arena/General’s Shrine (Qinghe region).
• Unlock Condition: Reach the General’s Shrine. Walk around the arena and challenge a few contestants to a duel. After a couple of fights, the encounter will automatically activate.
• Rewards: Echo Jade, Exploration Progress, EXP, Coins, Ode to Autumn (Major Item).

V. Kaifeng Region Encounter

A crucial early mission in the second major zone.

The Ephemeral Blight

• Location: Mistveil Forest area of Kaifeng.
• Unlock Condition: Be sure you have progressed enough in the main story to physically reach Kaifeng.
• Rewards: 50 Echo Jade, 50 Kaifeng Exploration Points, 20,000 Coins, 20,000 Stored EXP.
