Warzone: How to Get a Hand Cannon

There are primarily three methods to get your hands on the Hand Cannon in Warzone, ranging in reliability.

Method #1: Supply Crates or Care Packages (Battle Royale, Plunder, Resurgence)

This method relies heavily on in-game luck, or "RNG" (Random Number Generation).

• Supply Crates: You can potentially find a Hand Cannon by opening regular Supply Crates scattered across the map. However, these crates contain a wide range of possible items, meaning the odds of specifically getting a Hand Cannon are relatively low.
• Care Packages: Care Packages, which are Killstreaks themselves, offer a higher chance of yielding the Hand Cannon. This is because they have a more limited pool of high-tier rewards, and the Hand Cannon is among them.
• Specialist Pack in Plunder: To slightly improve your odds in Plunder mode, consider purchasing the Specialist Pack from a Buy Station. This pack grants you the Loot Master Perk, which increases the chances of finding Killstreaks (like the Hand Cannon) in any Supply Crate you open.

Method #2: Complete the Overlook Safe Room Easter Egg (Battle Royale, Plunder)

Currently, for Battle Royale and Plunder players, completing theOverlook Easter Egg offers a guaranteed way to obtain at least two HandCannons.

• Location: Head to the Overlook Point of Interest on the map.
• Easter Egg Steps: To complete this Easter Egg and access the Safe Room, you'll need to:

• Collect three Pool Balls. These are typically found in specific locations around Overlook.
• Collect at least one Mysterious Key.
• Once you have the Pool Balls, go to the roof of the Overlook. Here, you'll find a set of Pool Balls. Place your collected Pool Ballswith them to decipher a code that unlocks the Safe Room. • Hand Cannon Locations in Safe Room:
  • Once inside the Safe Room, you will find a Hand Cannon sitting on a desk just to the left of the entrance.

Method #3: Purchase From the Buy Station in Havoc Royale (Limited-Time Mode)

This is arguably the easiest and most reliable method, especially if you'relooking to complete challenges that require Hand Cannon kills, such asthe "Get 3 Kills with the Hand Cannon Killstreak" challenge for theCODtoons Event.

• Havoc Royale LTM: The Hand Cannon can be purchased directly from the Buy Station within the Havoc Royale limited-time mode.
• Cost: In Havoc Royale, a Hand Cannon costs just $5,000, making it very accessible.
• Availability: Havoc Royale mode is available until the end of the CODtoons Event, which coincides with the conclusion of Season 4. Given the current date (July 24, 2025), you likely have until earlyAugust 2025 to utilize this method.
