The first thing you have to do is go to the city of Al-Mazrah. Depending on where you spawn from, it's probably wise to take a vehicle.

In the second part of the mission you will have to deliver 20 pieces of lethal equipment to the garbage can in the alley of the Sarwana hotel, north of the Al-Mazrah city post office. The post office is marked on the map by a white envelope icon. There are two bridges from there to the Sarwana hotel, and the hotel is next to the second one, which has arches.

When you arrive at the hotel, you will find a pedestrian bridge to the side that you will have to cross. Here you will see an alleyway between the larger hotel building and the smaller one next to it. That is the alley of the Sarwana Hotel that we are looking for.
