Where to find the medical mule items in in Warzone 2 DMZ

The Medical Mule mission requires players to collect and deposit 20 Stims and 10 Emergency Rations at the dumpster west of Al Samman Cemetery, located behind the Shopping Center in D6 sector. Stims are medical items that can be used to revive characters from near death, while Emergency Rations are food items that can be used to restore health. 

Stims can generally be found in medicine cabinets in most buildings’ bathrooms, while Emergency Rations are often located in homes’ fridges. Players can also find Stims in supply crates and Emergency Rations in backpacks. Once the items have been collected, players can then deposit them in the dumpster. After the items have been deposited, the mission is complete when the player exits the map with five Self Revives in their inventory.
