To unlock the recipe for the scrolls, you will need to kill Frostmaw the Mountain Terror, a level 56 V boss, who can be found in the Hallowed Grounds, Northside of the Sacred Mountains. With the printing press unlocked, you will need to find the following ingredients for the scroll:- gem dust
- Paper
- Sawdust
