How to Fix Ubisoft Connect Failed To Synchronize Cloud Saves

The first step to fix this issue is to disable the Synchronize Cloud Save option in the top left corner of your Ubisoft game Launcher. This should be done before attempting to save your game file. After disabling this option, you should restart your PC client to ensure that all Ubisoft Connect-related files are refreshed. 

The next step is to save your FCA files in your local save folder. This will allow the Uplay Client to detect files that have been stored locally. To do this, open the Uplay Client, click on the menu icon and select Save FCA Files.
