How To Get The Secret Tape In College in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is packed with hidden collectibles, and one of the most challenging to find is the Secret Tape in the College level. While the flythrough at the start of each level offers a hint, actually reaching the tape requires precise movement, wallrides, and grinds across multiple rooftops.
In this guide, we’ll break down the exact route to locate and collect the College Secret Tape, along with an extra hidden collectible—the Iron Galaxy logo that unlocks exclusive Secret Shop items.

Step-by-Step Guide to the College Secret Tape

1. Starting the Route

• Begin at the spawn point in the College level.
• Skate up the street to the left until you pass the first pillar on the right wall.
• Turn around and wallride up the wall just before the pillar.
• After a brief grind (about one second), jump off to the right to land on a banner string wire.

2. Grinding to the First Rooftop

• While grinding the banner string, look for a black wire leading to a rooftop on the left.
• Jump left onto this wire and grind it—performing tricks to maintain speed.
• Before reaching the end, jump onto the rooftop to avoid falling.

3. Reaching the Second Rooftop

• From the first rooftop, head to the corner near the sculpture square.
• Spot another black wire connecting to the opposite roof.
• Grind the right-side lip of the rooftop half-pipe—this will automatically transition you onto the wire.
• Perform tricks while grinding to keep momentum.
• Once across, jump left onto the brick building.

4. Final Grind to the Secret Tape

• Locate the wire leading upward in the back right corner of the brick rooftop.
• Gain speed, then grind the left side of the rooftop to automatically connect to the Secret Tape wire.
• This wire is steep—spam grab and flip tricks to climb it successfully.
• At the top, you’ll find the College Secret Tape!

Bonus: Finding the Iron Galaxy Logo

If you want another hidden collectible, return to the brick rooftop and follow these steps:

• Instead of grinding toward the Secret Tape, grind the right-side ledge over the plaza.
• This will connect you to a wire leading to the Iron Galaxy logo, unlocking new items in the Secret Shop.
