Southern Averno City (Plaques Numbered One Through Ten):

Continue until you spot a loading dock and a back entrance. The very first plaque you seek will be mounted against one of the back walls of the precinct.The Averno Industrial Steel Mill (Located in the Brookhaven district): Your next historical landmark is the sprawling industrial complex ofthe Averno Steel Mill in Brookhaven. Within this zone, keep your eyespeeled for a large factory building.
