You've got a solid list of all ten rare car locations. Here's a slightly more concise summary to help you track them down:
Southern Averno City:

Midnight Inferno (Brookhaven): Southeasternmost building, hidden under a metal sheet roof near rusted shipping crates.

The Patriot (Portalo Hill): Southern part of the district east of the police station, under a metal sheet roof next to a brown apartment building. It's a blue car with "USA" on the hood.

FrostFire (Ramona South): Southeastern section, under a metal sheet roof near a large building. It's a red and white vehicle.

The Fugitive (Richbury South): Center of the area, next to some shipping crates. It's a bright orange car.

Emerald Strike (South Shore): Northernmost point, next to a small grey building north of Drive-Thru Repairs. It's a black and green sporty car.

Northern Averno City:

Extra Woodie (Carver Port): Northern part, on the west side near docks and shipping areas. Look for a brown brick building and shipping containers; the brown car is under a metal sheet roof.

Cobalt Stallion (Shermer Court): Southern part, east of a zigzag building and next to a small yellow structure. It's a stylish rare car.

Red 77 (Between Ocean Strip and Westview Bay): Northwestern diagonal, between a stone brick building and severalshipping containers in a small alcove. It looks like a rare race car.

Gran Detroit Turbo (Little Italy): South side of the apartment buildings in an alleyway.

Stampede (Sunnyside): Center of the district, directly east of the large central buildings,under a metal sheet roof next to a wooden board wall. It's a dark car.

Remember, the key to finding these hidden gems is to keep an eye out for thosemetal sheet roofs that conceal their flashy appearances.
