The first step in solving any puzzle is to understand what the goal is. In this case, the goal is to get the ball from the starting point to the end point. Sounds simple enough, right? Well, not quite. In order to do this, you need to navigate the ball through a complex maze of pathways while avoiding obstacles and pitfalls.

Step 1: Reaching the Second Level

To begin, you need to use the Ascent ability to reach the second level of the Shrine. Once you reach the second level, you will need to navigate to the center device and hit it once to open a path. This will allow you to progress further into the Shrine.

Step 2: Obtaining the Treasure Chests

Next, you need to hit the second rotating device twice to open a pathway to a treasure chest on the ground level and another chest outside with a Zonai Charge. It's important to open the outside chest before continuing with the puzzle. This chest contains the Strong Zonaite Shield, which you'll need to complete the puzzle.

Step 3: Obtaining the Strong Zonaite Shield

To obtain the shield, you need to open the vertical treasure chest on the outside of the Shrine. This can be done by hitting the second rotating device twice. Once you open the chest, the Strong Zonaite Shield will be inside. This shield is necessary for completing the puzzle, as it allows you to block the incoming attacks from the stationary guardians.

Step 4: Solving the Puzzle

Now that you have the Strong Zonaite Shield, it's time to solve the puzzle. To do this, you need to place Link behind the chest and hit the device again. This will rotate the cube, allowing Link to use the chest as a foothold to reach the top of the cube.

Once you reach the top of the cube, you'll be faced with a stationary guardian. Use your Strong Zonaite Shield to block the incoming attacks and make your way to the other side of the cube. Once you reach the other side, hit the device one last time to finish the puzzle and complete the Shrine.

The Prone Pathway Shrine puzzle is a challenging but rewarding experience that requires you to think outside the box. By following the steps outlined in this blog post, you'll be able to solve the puzzle and progress further in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
