The second Logic Probe can be found after you defeat a group of enemies that are guarding it. However, before you go looking for the second Logic Probe, it's important to use the first one you found in the Robot Maintenance Room. This will allow you to hack into certain systems and gain access to new areas of the game.

Once you're ready to find the second Logic Probe, you'll need to navigate through the level until you reach the spot where it's located. Use your combat skills to defeat any enemies that are guarding it, and be sure to add it to your inventory once you've found it.
