Setting Up a Steam Family
- 1. Open the Steam client.
- 2. Click the top left corner, where "Steam" is located with the logo.

- 6. Click "Create a Family."

2. On the "Create or Join a Steam Family" prompt, click "Join a Family.
- Steam Guard Security: Steam Guard security should be enabled for the successful sharing of games. For this purpose, it has to be enabled from Settings -> Security. It enhances account security.
- Third-Party Game Compatibility: Family Sharing functionality may not be available for all games out there universally. Confirm this from the developer or the store page of the game in question.
