On Fall 8 in Year 1, keep an eye on your mailbox as you may receive a message about Linus' missing basket. This quest can be triggered regardless of your relationship status with Linus, so don't worry if you haven't had the chance to get to know him yet.

To find Linus' basket, head east from your farm towards the bus stop area. Once you reach the bus stop, continue heading west, exploring the area thoroughly. Keep an eye out for a hidden spot where the basket might be hiding. It could be nestled among the trees or hidden beneath some bushes. Be patient and observant, as the basket may not be immediately obvious.

Once you spot the basket, approach it and simply grab it. It's that simple! Linus will be relieved to have his basket back, and you will earn his gratitude.

Now that you have successfully found the basket, it's time to return it to Linus. Locate Linus' tent, which can be found west of the mines. Keep in mind that Linus may not always be at his tent. In the Fall season, he can also be found near the Spa or on the left side of the lake. So, if you don't see him at his tent, try searching these areas.

If you find yourself in this unfortunate predicament, the Lost and Found box in Lewis' manor is your saving grace. Simply head over there and retrieve the basket from the box. Once you have it back in your possession, make sure to return it to Linus as soon as possible.
