Star Wars Outlaws: How To Get A Hydrorepulser
Getting a Hydrorepulser is the only way to go forward with the Viper quest in Star Wars Outlaws. Here's how it works:
Pre-Requisites:
- Have Gedeek join your party.
- Finish the "Expert Intel" quest - Temmin's Family. (Found in the Journal menu once you have added Gedeek to your group)
Steps:
1. Start the Quest: Open up your Journal and go down the list until you find the "Temmin's Family" under Expert Intel.
2. Talk to Temmin:
- Travel to the Outskirts of Myrra.
- Ride north on your Speeder toward the quest marker in Sashin.Chat.
- Speak with the two women in the town center.
- Take to your Speeder once more and ride west to the junkyard.
- Kill the guards and head through the door for a chat with Temmin.
3. Find Surat's Shuttle:
- Exit the junkyard and head out onto the water-lake-out to the search area.
- Look for the second set of islands - small ramps. The trick here is to ignore the giant ramp, heading toward a set of smaller ramps.
- Drive your Speeder over the large ramp onto the smaller islands.
4. Chase the Shuttle:
- Make your way across the islands' platforms, avoiding or taking down hostiles.
- Once you reach an open area, call in your Speeder.
- Get on your Speeder and follow the leaving shuttle as it flies your way back to the mainland.
5. Strut Loot:
- You can either take cover in the tall grass and steal up to loot the Struts (left-hand side of the ship).
- You take out the soldiers in a fight.
6. Return to Temmin:
- Loot the Struts on the ship.
- Press onward to fast travel back to the Myrra Spaceport.
- Temmin can be found to complete the side quest and have the Hydrorepulser put into your Speeder.
Hydrorepulser Perks:
- Your Speeder will now be able to cross water, allowing access to more areas of the map.
- You can now reach those hidden areas and secret places you couldn't before.
Note: The side quest "Temmin's Family" is required in order to obtain the Hydrorepulser, which is needed to continue with the Viper main quest.
