The armor suit, SEVA-D, in Stalker 2 is up in the Cage, within the Cement Factory area. It sits northward of the Cement Factory base and east of the Slag Heap base. SEVA-D can be obtained by climbing up an under-construction structure in the neighborhood.

The concrete beams are weak, and there's a PSI anomalous field inside the building that will injure players over time, so getting to the top can be tough. Make sure you have plenty of medical kits on hand and save often after climbing a floor so you don't have to start over if you fall.

Making It to the Cage Building's Rooftop

If you're looking to get your hands on the SEVA-D armor in Stalker 2, here's how you can climb to the top of the Cage building.

First, head up the first flight of concrete stairs onto the ground level.
Now heading right and down the narrow concrete beam to get across the other side. You will have to cross over this part and then take the set of stairs up to the second story.
For the second level, jump over the gap and head down the narrow right-hand passage.
For a rusted metal catwalk, head across the beam and jump over another chasm.
Go up the ladders to the top of the platform. Head along a tight passage up above using the boxes on top.
To reach the center, carefully cross the small concrete path and then head right along the beam that connects.
On your right, you'll see another concrete beam with a supporting pole. Walk across that beam and jump onto the right-hand platform. From there, it's as simple as taking the stairs up to the third story.
You will literally just need to jump over the gap, crouch under the concrete beam, and you are on your way upstairs.

Getting the SEVA-D Suit and Its Data

SEVA-D suit: On the rooftop of Cage in the blue stash. Once you have picked up the suit and the limited edition energy drink, the PDA under the table with some valuables from the stockpile should belong to you.

Any technician can fix the SEVA-D outfit for a couple of coupons, and its durability will be 70%. This outfit has superior radiation and PSI protection tailored in. On top of that, the high level of physical protection of the SEVA-D suit will be quite handy in Stalker 2 shootouts. To leave the Cage safely, jump from the hole in the middle of the roof into the gravitational anomaly on the floor.
