To find the Journalist Stash in Stalker 2, head northwest from the Slag Heap toward the Car Maze. There are a few ways into the car maze but the best way is to use the main entrance shown in the map above.
Once inside the Maze, turn to your right and come to a stop at a burned bus leaning to its side. On the left you'll see another bus, brightly colored in blue. Having climbed on top of it, look for the Maze Journalist Stash. Jump down on the other side and hack the stash to receive the Tourist Suit Body Armor.

The suit has decent thermal, electrical, and chemical protection to the player.
