In Stalker 2, the X7 Suit can be obtained during the seminal "Down Below" task, which comes after "The Road to the Foundation." Your path to obtaining the X7 Suit is dictated by a decision you make regarding Colonel Korshunov, whom you'll meet in the "Down Below" mission.
