How Make Time Pass in Stalker 2
Players in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl have to choose when they want to go on excursions, thanks to the game's dynamic day/night cycle. One of the bases has a bed that players can use to rest, restore health, and speed up the passage of time from morning to night. The fact that the game's mechanics fluctuate slightly depending on the time of day is just one more reason for players to arrange their departures accordingly.
How Make Time Pass
Sleeping on beds allows players to advance the time in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Almost every base players visit as they continue through the game has personal quarters, which can be located adjacent to the trader in the Zalissya base as they start out.
At order to obtain the bed at the Zalissya base, players must complete the task "Stalker Wisdom." Upon finishing the assignment, accompany the trader to the building and, once inside, head left into a room with beds. A player can rest on one of the corner beds and keep their extra terms in the personal stockpile adjacent to it.
In Stalker 2, getting enough sleep is essential for restoring health and ensuring that your character is well-rested to avoid the negative impacts of sleep deprivation on their performance in the field.
Methods for Resolving "Can't Sleep Due to Status Ailment"
On occasion, players may find that a Status Ailment prevents them from sleeping upon returning to their lodgings. The chicken leg icon indicates that your character is frequently hungry, and this typically happens while they are bleeding or have another condition effect.
Eliminating the status illness is the key to a good night's sleep. If you're hungry, grab a snack; if you're bleeding, apply a bandage. Keep in mind that your character will get hungry again when you wake up, so you'll need to eat something before you can try to sleep again. One good reason to do this in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is that your health will be entirely restored when you wake up, regardless of your current level.
