The first step is to locate the maintenance keycard. To do this, you'll need to enter and follow the twists and turns until you reach the end where you'll find a latch leading down a ladder. At the bottom is a kitchen or storage room. On the right side of this room, you'll need the maintenance keycard to enter.

Once you've acquired the keycard, make your way to the nursery area. Move left, and exit to the next nursery area. Keep going until you reach the final exit door and continue down the corridor until you find a generator at the end. To the left is another entryway. Swim left, navigate the flooded floor, and take a right at the end. Continue ahead and make your way to the first door on the left. Enter, go left and up the stairs to the office area with computers.

The VIP access keycard is located at the computer desk. Once you have it, make your way to the back of the office. Here, you'll find a locker that requires the keycard to open. Inside is a Shotgun Rail, an upgradeable weapon that will help you take down any enemy in your way.
